SANTA FE SKIES RV PARK GUEST REVIEWS

Great walking trail and relaxing park
“We really enjoyed Santa Fe Skies RV Park, which is situated off the beaten path and was quiet. This park is popular with the locals. The services are conveniently situated to support a motorhome and Toad. In our case, a car on a tow dolly. We stayed for three nights to allow ample time to visit historic Santa Fe and area Museums. The park is also close to Madrid (Wild Hogs Movie fame), which was a pleasant surprise and totally enjoyable. Santa Fe was experiencing a severe drought and everything and every place was dry, windy and dusty. The local RV wash/wax service was kept busy at this park. Santa Fe Skies also has a walking trail around the outside parameter of the park. From this trail, you could see beautiful mountain scenery and many antique pieces of farm equipment and machinery. In summary, this is a very nice park that is well managed, close to major attractions, and relaxing.”

“This is a great place to land for a peaceful, rejuvenating stop on your travels through the Turquoise Trail and the surrounding areas of Santa Fe and the ‘Sangre de Cristo’ mountains. The staff are VERY responsive, friendly and thoughtful! I have been here for shorter terms mostly in the past and I have enjoyed my stay so much that, I thought “I should write a nice review”. Nice.
“This park is laid out like an rv park should be. There is plenty of room to set up your outfit with plenty of room between sites. It’s even landscaped.

They don’t have after-hours check in so if you’re going to be late, call ahead to make a reservation. With this reservation, they’ll have everything you need in an envelope in a box by the office. The site is gated so you’ll need their code to enter. The cable television hook up worked great. The Internet wifi was the absolute best of any site we’ve stayed at on this trip. They even offer continental breakfast – only site I’ve heard of to do this.

We’ll definitely stay here any time we’re passing through Albuquerque!”

BONITO HOLLOW RV PARK GUEST REVIEWS

Best RV park experience ever.
“While staying at this park in April, I had a medical event which required my return to Florida for two months. The park staff helped with my initial event, assisted in my departure and return, and were there to assist at each and every request. They even helped my with the storage of my RV and tow car during my absence. Upon return, everything was in total order and I resumed my extended RV trip. I will be forever grateful to this staff. And, in closing, my FHU sites during both stays were perfect–level site, all utilities worked, quiet and comfortable. Nicely done.”

We stay here everytime we visit Ruidoso.
“Love this family owned campground. It’s always clean and the owners and park hosts are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Sites are spacious gravel, ranging from some shade to mostly shady exposure, featuring a fire ring and picnic table.

Although our site did not have sewer, they do have some FHU sites and there is also a dump station available. We stay here everytime we visit Ruidoso. Highly recommend. We camped at Bonito Hollow RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.”

“We stumbled upon this RV park while driving from the Grand Canyon back home. It was immaculately clean, had a very friendly staff, and the sites were very long! We had room to pull through with our tow vehicle attached. They have a nice gift shop and some of the most delicious barbecue that I’ve ever had. They have barbecue ribs and pulled pork sandwiches (delicious!) that are served in an open air café beside a swimming pool that has an American flag painted in the bottom of it! The sunset was absolutely beautiful and we would definitely stay here again! We camped at USA RV Park in a Motorhome.”

Cozy and friendly Park
“The Silver City RV park is a small yet cozy place to stay. It’s close to town, has the best donut shop around and the friendliest staff/residents. They have a fenced in dog run area which is great. The best part of the stay was meeting Neta who is a published author. She lives there and is a fountain of information.”

“We highly recommend this park for overnight or a longer. Very nice management, Level spaces, treed park next to creek bed below. Showers, picnic tables at each site cable tv and wifi that actually works! They offered a 10% discount for retired or active duty military. Seems like those already in the park were neighborly and it is easy access off the main street of Silver City.”
